What the letters mean
S is the easiest published high-value access. D is the deepest published gate. Godzilla Ultima sits at C because the extra requirement was not published, not because a duel was measured. There is no official tier list.
S tier
Player decision Join the SULU OPPA group and confirm the live card still grants it. This letter means easiest high-value access, not strongest in a fight.
A tier
Player decision Buy Biollante before the other 50,000 Cell bodies if the live price matches and you want a crowd-farming kit. The letter is about reaching a useful farmer, not an official duel rank.
Player decision Buy it when your next task is a skull search or any long walk. Skip it if you only need a damage farm and can save toward Biollante.
B tier
Player decision Hunt skulls with a fast kaiju after the live card confirms the count. One short-video description says 3 skulls; the repeated written count is 10.
Player decision Commit here if you would rather level Heisei Godzilla, Biollante, and Godzilla Junior than farm 100 kills on two Destoroyah forms.
C tier
Player decision Copy the live panel before you grind a pre-Update 51 evolution video. The letter means the gate is incomplete in public sources, not that the kit is mid-tier.
D tier
Player decision Start this only if you will ignore the Space Godzilla chain until both kill counters and the Cell cost are done.
